This Privacy Policy explains how the LiftLoop mobile application (“LiftLoop,” “the app,” “we,” “us”) handles information. LiftLoop is a workout-tracking app. We designed it to keep your training data on your own device and to collect as little information as possible.
Your workouts, exercises, routines, notes, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not have a server that receives or stores this workout data, and we cannot see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
LiftLoop displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google’s advertising SDK may collect and process certain information, such as a device advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV), approximate location derived from IP address, device type and settings, and ad-interaction data. This is used to deliver ads, limit repetition, and measure performance. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
On iOS, the app asks for your permission before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs to profile you. Basic, aggregated crash and delivery information may be provided by the app store platform (Apple) in a form that does not identify you.
LiftLoop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because your workout data lives only on your device, you control it. To delete it, remove the data in the app or uninstall the app. For advertising data handled by Google, see Google’s policy linked above.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
